Duncan, Cruden Bay

This was a project where we designed and built a 2 storey Extension to add valuable living space to the property which allowed the customer to make the best of views over coastline at Cruden Bay.

We removed the original large bay window area and extended the Kitchen and rear Lounge area on the ground floor and removed an akward staircase to the first floor area which had been partially converted and through a redesigned layout, we installed a new staircase for access to the new Master Bedroom and En-suite.

The Master Bedroom has a feature windows on the gable which allow for fantastic views over Cruden Bay and its world famous golf course. Grey Triple Glazed UPVC windows and doors were installed along with Grey UPVC Fascia’s which allows for minimal maintenance in the future.

Building work to our new extension was quite a task and the team were very professional in all aspects of the job. There was several hurdles along the way which were dealt with immediately. We are over the moon with our new extension and has changed our home massively.
