Graham was looking at adding additional Utility space to their property, where they could remove the existing Utility to allow for a larger kitchen.

As with many extensions these days, due to limitations with roof pitches, a flat roof option was chosen where we filled in the rear open space of the Garage and removed the Utility window and wall beneath to form new access in to the larger Utility and we then removed the partition between Utility and Kitchen which allowed for a larger Kitchen and then opened up the wall to the front Dining Room and installed a pair of glazed doors which allowed for better overall access rather than through the hallway.

As there was an old boiler in the old Utility, this was removed and a new boiler was installed in the Garage as part of the overall works.
